Make the Strike on 12th
December,2012 A Grand Success,
Ensure the Massive Participation of RMS &
MMS Employees.
The National Council Meeting of
Confederation of Central Government
Employees & Workers was held on 25th July, 2012 and decided to
organize One Day Strike on 12th December, 2012 for realization of 15
Point Charter of Demands published in
October, 2012 RMS WORKER issue. The following campaign programmes are
also being conducted to ensure maximum participation of Employees in the Strike
(1) All India
Campaign of Confederation leaders in September,2012.
(2) Holding of Conventions in October, 2012
(3) Serving of Strike Notice with massive demonstrations on 19th November, 2012.
(4) Relay evening dharna at all important places on 20, 21,22 & 23 Nov. 2012.
(5) Demonstrations infront of all Central Gove. Offices.
(6) One day Strike on 12th December, 2012.

NFPE FEDERAL
EXECUTIVE MEETING:- The Federal Executive Meeting of NFPE was
held on 27th September, 2012 in NFPE office North Avenue, New
Delhi-1 under the Presidentship of Com. S.P. Mukherjee Vice President NFPE.
Com. S.K.Vyas Secretary General Confederation
inaugurated the meeting and elaborately spoke on C.G.E. problems,
Confederatin programmes including 12th December, 2012 One day Strike
and appealed the NFPE leadership to make
the strike a historic success. Com. M. Krishnan S/G NFPE presented a brief
report on activities of NFPE since last Federal Executive Meeting held at New Delhi
on 21-3-2012. All the General Secretaries and Office bearers of NFPE expressed
their views and emphasized to submit memorandum on pending unsettled demands
and also suggested to observe some programmes. Federal Executive Meeting decided to give a call for donation
to NFPE @ Rs.10/- per member at the time of Bonus payment. Therefore, all
Circle /Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to collect donations @
Rs.10/- per member. The Federal Executive also endorsed the call of
Confederation for One day Strike on December, 2012.
A copy of NFPE programme for 12th
December, 2012 Strike is enclosed and issue a separate instructions to all
Divisional/Branch Secretaries to make arrangements for the joint meetings and mobilize maximum members to attend the meetings.

Dearness Allowance for the Central Govt. Employees, Pensioners and also for GDS enhanced from 65% to 72 %
w.e.f. 01-07-2012. D.O.P has issued the orders.
