                    I am directed to forward herewith a copy of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions  (Department of Pension and Pensioners` (Welfare) O.M. No.42/13/2012-P&PW (G) dated 04.10.2012 on the above mentioned subject  for information ,guidance and necessary action.

2.              It is further requested that the Circle Heads and other Administrative Heads of Offices may kindly ensure that the instant Circular/Dearness Relief Orders reach all the sub-ordinate offices/all concerned and timely payment of DR is facilitated without any scope for complaint of delayed payment or DR to the Pensioners/Family Pensioners.
