NFPE WESTERN ZONE STUDY CAMP 25/26-8-2013 - PUSHKAR (RAJASTHAN)
As per decision of Federal Secretariat Meeting, the West Zone Study Camp
of NFPE and Seminar was held at Parik Dharamshala, Pushkar Ajmer on 25th
& 26th August, 2013 under the Presidentship of Com. Giri Raj
Singh President NFPE.. The Camp was mainly intended to impart the training to
the leaders for better and efficient functioning at Organisational level. More
than 200 delegates including Circle/Divisional /Branch Secretaries and office bearers from
Delhi, Haryana, H.P., J&K, Punjab and Rajasthan attended the Camp.
Com. M. Krishnan Secretary Confederation of Central Govt. employees and
Workers and S/G NFPE hoisted the National Flag and NFPE Flag was hoisted by
Com. I.S. Dabas Dy. S/G NFPE and General Secretary P-IV on 25-8-2013 at 10.30 AM
Com. H.P. Diwakar Circle Secretary P-III Rajasthan who was main organizer of the Camp delivered
welcome speech and alongwith his team welcomed by garlanding , presenting momento and shawal to all the
leaders and guests.
Before commencement of the Class, homage was paid to the Martyrs by
observing two minutes silence.
Com. Dr.K.Hemlata General Secretary All India Women Working Co-ordination
Committee inaugurated the Study Camp and took a class on the subject. “National
situation and Role of Working Class”. She replied and clarified questions asked
by the delegates.

& S/G NFPE took a class on
the subject” Lessons of Past and Task ahead of Postal Trade Union Movement”. He
explained the Role of confederation since its formation in 1956 to till date in Hindi for more than 3
hours. He replied and clarified the question asked by the delegates .
Com. Raj Kumar F/S NFPE gave vote of thanks.
On 26-08-2013 third session was organized in the form of Seminar on the
subject” Future of India Posts in the Era of globalization”. Shri O.S. Veerval
CPMG Rajasthan Circle attended Seminar
as Chief guest and elaborately described the challenges and opportunities
before the Department of Posts to compete with the courier Companies and
efforts being made by the government to make the Department efficient capable
and Technologically advanced by various policies. Other Senior Officers also
attended the Seminar. Com. H.P. Diwakar alongwith his team welcomed all the
officers . Com. K.K.Sharma V/P NFPE gave vote of thanks.
IVth Class of the Session was taken
by Com. K.V.Sridharan Leader Staff Side & Ex-G/S P-III on “ Service matters
& Disciplinary matters and Staff Ruling”. He elaborately explained all the rulings and RTI.

delivered their speeches on the issues effecting the Department.
Com. C.Mathur & Com.Mohan Chelani leader of AIRF greeted the Camp.
At last at 5.00 PM Com. I.S. Dabas Dy S/G NFPE & G/S P-IV extended
thanks and greetings to the Reception Committee for making a excellent
arrangement for food , accommodation,
meeting hall, transport and other facilities for delegates.
CHQ R-III congratulates the Reception Committee and express thanks to
them.
The Camp was concluded with shouting of the revolutionary greetings .
