R3 & R4 KERALA CIRCLE STUDY CLASS, COM. K. C. BALAN COMMEMORATION DAY AND CIRCLE COUNCIL HELD AT CALICUT.

Kerala circle R3,R4 combined study class and veteran leader com. K. C. Balan commemoration function was held at Calicut on 14th and 15th July 2017. Com. P. Satheedevi ex MP and State General secretary of AIDWA inaugurated the meeting. Com. P. V. Rajendran, President R3 chq presided. Com. V. A. N. Namboodiri delivered the key note address. Com. P. K. Muralidharan, convenor NFPE Kerala, K. Mohanan,C/S BSNLEU, A. B. Lalkumar C/S P4, M. S. Sabu, C/S aipeugds, C. M. Ravindranath C/S R4 addressed. Com. R. Jainendrakumar and K. V. Aneeshkumar delivered welcome speech and vote of thanks.  At 2PM com. M. Krishnan SG, confederation presented the subject ' 7 CPC related issues and confederation struggles' and 5 PM Dr. K. M. Anil  presented the subject ' media intervention in present day politics'. On 15th July combined circle council meeting held under the presidentship of com. C. Sivadasan and R. S. Sureshkumar and the council decided to make 23rd August All India strike grand success. More than 200 delegates representing entire branches of Kerala circle attended.
