Dear Comrades,

                        All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group ‘C’ CHQ Red Salute and congratulate to all CWC members, Circle Secretaries, Divisional Secretaries and Branch Secretaries, office bearers and members for participating and making a grand success all programmes called by Confederation including Human Chain on 22^nd June,2017 and first and Second Phase programmes on 20^th June, 2017 Dharna infront of Divisional Offices and on 12-07-2017 in front of Regional /Circle Offices in all Circles called by NFPE. Now CHQ appeals to all to moboilize rank & file to participate in burning the orders of HRA allowances on 25^th July, 2017, NFPE and GDS programme Dharana on 26^th July, 2017 in front of Dak Bhawan and March to Sanchar Bhawan on 27^th July, 2017 and 23^rd August, 2017 One Day Strike on 10 Point Charter of Demands a grand success.

CASUAL LABOURER UNIONS CONDUCTED INDEFINITE HUNGER FAST :- Casual Labourers Union under the Presidentship of Com. M.Krishnan President, Y.Nagabhushanam Working President, P.Mohan General Secretary, Shivguru Treasurer Casual Labourer  union conducted the Indefinite hunger fast from 27^th June, 2017 infront of CPMG Office Tasmilnadu for the payment of arrears of 6 CPC and implement  7CPC to Casual Labourers and implement the orders issued by D.G. Office regarding Casual Labour. More than thousand Casual Labour participated in this. Com. T.K.Rangarajan  M.P. CPI (M) and Sh. R.S Bharati M.P DMK  attended and addressed  and assured  to raise the issue in Parliament. COC Tamilnadu  leaders also participated and addressed.This hunger Fast called  off on 29^th June, 2017 with the declaration One Day Strike on 13^th July, 2017.

          CHQ R-III Red Salute and congratulate to leaders of All India Postal Casual Part Time contingent workers Federation for conducting a historic hunger fast.

CONFEDERATION NATIONAL SECRETARIAT MEETING:-  Meeting of National Secretariat of Confederation of C.G. Employees on 9^th August, 2017 at 10.30 AM.

R.T.P. CASE:- Next date of RTP case is 22nd August, 2017.

CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES AGAIN BETRAYED BY NDA GOVERNMENT:- NDA Govt. has once again betrayd the entire Central Government Employees. The demand of the  employees to restore HRA 30, 20 and 10 o/o allowances is fixed as 01-07-2017 instead of 01-01-2016 denying 18 months arrears. The assurance given by the Cabinet Ministries regarding to increase  in minimum pay and fitment formula also not honoured  till date Therefore, Confederation called upon entire C.G. Employees to hold demonstration  infront of all Central Government Offices on 29^th June, 2017 and gave a call to burn the HRA orders on 25^th July, 2017 by holding the demonstrations.

ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL MEETING AND WORLD SECRETARIAT MEETING OF T.U.I:- Asia Pacific Regional Meeting and World  Secretariat Meeting of Trade Union International (TUI) Public services will be held at Theruvananthapuram from 11^th to 12^th Sept. 2017.

NATIONAL CONVENTION OF CITU:- National convention of Central Trade Unions (CITU) and independent Federation will be held at New Delhi on 8^th August, 2017.

PAYMENT OF QUOTA:- All Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to remit the  quota @Rs.. 30/per member per month from August, 2016 to CHQ  regularly through  EMO/DD/cheque and Accounts Transfer. Our CHQ Account details are as under :
