REPORT ON BIHAR CIRCLE CONFERENCE:- The 30^th Circle Conference of AIRMS & MMS E.U. Gr. `C` of Bihar circle was held at Marwari Dharamshala, Station Chowk, Samastipur from 11-9-2013 to 13-9-2013 under the Presidentship of Com. Ram Krishna Circle President.

National Flag was hoisted by Com. Ram Krishna President and NFPE flag was hoisted by Com. Giri Raj Singh General Secretary R-III on 11-09-2013 at 11.00 AM.

After that Inaugural Session  was started at 11.30 AM. Com. Giri Raj Singh General Secretary R-III inaugurated the Inaugural Session and spoke in detail on Present develop0ments in Department, attack on Postal, RMS/MMS Employees, New Postal Policy 2012, Cadre Review, MACP, Anomalies in 6 CPC, SPC, L-1, L-2 Hubs, OTA, Confederation Programmes of 15 Point Charter of Demands including VIII CPC, 50% DA merger, 5 promotion etc, Strike Ballot and other issues.

Com. S.K. Verma C/S presented the biennial Draft Report and Accounts for the period   20-06-2011  to 10-9-2013 in the house and passed by house unanimously.

Open Session was held on 12^th September, 2013 at 3.00 PM under the Presidentship of Com.Ram Krishna Circle President. Smt. Vijay Laxmi Devi   Chairwoman Reception Committee delivered welcome speech and   welcomed all the guests & leaders by presenting memento.

Com. Giri Raj Singh General Secretary R-III inaugurated the Open Session and spoke in detail on PFRDA Bill, Price rise, LPG, attack on working class, downsizing and other issues. Smt. Rama Bharti councilor Samastipur, Sh. Dr. Tarun Kumar Secretary Congress Bihar, Coms. Upendra Tiwari C/S P-III,Gagan Dev Raut C/S R-IV, VindhachalSingh C/S Postal Accounts, Ram Balak Singh C/S SBCO, Chandra Narayan Choudhary C/S GDS (NFPE), S.K. Verma C/S R-III, Jagan Nath Singh Ex C/S and other leaders addressed the Open Session.

Coms. Ram Krishna, S.K. Verma and Com. Sheojee Prasad were elected Circle President, Circle Secretary and Treasurer respectively
