ATTENTION
REGARDING
PAYMENT OF CHQ QUOTA
It is being noticed by the CHQ
that some of our Divisional Secretaries are depositing the amount of CHQ quota
in Bank Account No. 2260 of AIRMS &
MMS E.U. Group `C` . But they are not
giving intimation to CHQ resulting
due to which CHQ is facing
difficulty to issue the receipts.
As in July Rs.4410/- on 9-7-2019
and Rs.9090 dt. 23-7-2019 were deposited by the Divisional Secretary but did
not intimate to CHQ their issue of receipt is pending.
Therefore, all are requested to
intimate CHQ after depositing of CHQ quota in Bank Account through emails, SMS
or Whatapp message at the following Mobile
Numbers so that the receipt may be issued:-
