Dear Comrades,

                        All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group ‘C’ CHQ Red Salute  Circle Secretaries, Divisional Secretaries and Branch Secretaries, CWC members and office bearers for conducting successfully one day Dharna in front of Circle Offices on 20-12-2017 called by NFPE and the first phase programme on 16-1-2018 submission of memorandum to all Divisional Heads by holding the demonstrations. Now CHQ appeal to all to organise and make the II phase on 5-2-2018 Dharna/demonstration by wearing badges, containing demands in front of all RMS, MMS offices , III phase on 5-3-2018. Massive dharna in front of all CPMG`s offices on 10-04-2018 called by R-III & R-IV and 5 days relay dharna from 12 to 16 February, 2018 in front of CPMG Delhi circle Office called by NFPE.

R-III 32^ND ALL INDIA CONFERENCE:-  32^nd All India Conference of All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group `C` is slated to be held at Ram Lila Maidan G.T. Road,Ghantaghar,near Railway Station  Ghaziabad U.P. from 23^rd to 25^th May, 2018 with the Central Working Committee on 22^nd and 26^th, May, 2018 preceding and succeeding of the Conference.

RTP CASE:- Next date of hearing of RTP case in Principal Branch Delhi is 18-04-2018

MEMBERSHIP MODIFICATION:-  As per the decision of CWC held at Jaipur from 15 to 16 December, 2017, CHQ appeal to all CWC members, circle /Divisional Branch Secretaries and office bearders to make a special drive to collect declaration from all non members, New members and members who may be willing to join our union  in the coming membership  to be beld in the month of April, 2018.

CONFEDERATION NATIONAL SECRETARIAT MEETING:- Natio0nal Secretariat meeting of Confederation was held in ITEF office Rajouri Garden on 24-1-2018 under the Presidentship of Com. K.K.N.KuttyPresident Confederation.Detail report in Confederation Circular.

SOUVENIR:-          The Reception Committee of 32^nd AIC of R-III to be held at Ram Lila Maidan G.T. Road,Ghantaghar, near Railway Station  Ghaziabad U.P  to release a Souvenir to commemorate the occasion. The Advertisement form & Tariff rates will be despatched to all Circle/ Divisional/ Branch Secretaries and CWC members of our Union. We would request to the Circle Secretaries to collect the maximum advertisement from their respective circles and forward them to the Reception Committee well in advance so as to help the Reception Committee to meet the expenditure.

PAYMENT OF QUOTA:- All Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to remit the  quota @Rs.. 30/per member per month from August, 2016 to CHQ  regularly through  EMO/DD/cheque and Accounts Transfer. Our CHQ Account details are as under :
