Dear Comrades,
All India RMS & MMS
Employees Union Group `C` CHQ congratulates and Red Salute to CWC members,
Circle Secretaries, Divisional Secretaries and Branch Secretaries, office
bearers and members for conducting, participating and making the Dharna a grand success on 20.2.2015, 27.2.2015 and
2.3.2015 infront of Divisional/Regional and Circle offices respectively called
by Postal JCA and NJCA. Let us keep this Tempo in the further programmes.
Parliament March on 28th April, 2015 called by NJCA and Dharna
infront of Dak Bhawan on 15th April, 2015 and indefinite Strike for
the settlement of 40 Point Charter of Demands called by PJCA.
EXTENDED
NATIONAL SECRETARIAT MEETING OF CONFEDERATION:- Extended National Secretariat
Meeting of Confederation was held on 17th February, 2015 and endorsed
the decisions of NJCA Meeting held on 11-2-2015 and allotted the quota to each
organization for participation in 28th April, 2015 Parliament March.
Railways-50,000, Defence-30000, and Confederation-30000.
NFPE has been
allotted quota 10,000 which is allotted to each affiliate as under:-
P-III-3000,
P-IV-3000, R-III-1000, R-IV-500, Admn-200, Postal Accounts-300, SBCO-100 and
GDS-2000.
R-III Circle wise
quota for Participation in Parliament March to be held on 28th
April, 2015 is allotted as under:-
Assam-10, A.P.-40,
Bihar-120, Chhatisgarh-40, Jharkhand-30, J&K-5, Gujarat-50, Haryana-50,
H.P.-10, Karnataka-20, Kerala-15, M.P-60, Maharashtra-150, Odisha-30,
Rajasthan-100, T.N.-40, W.B.-50, Punjab-50, U.P-150 and Delhi-200.
Circle Secretaries
are requested to allot the quota to each Division and ensure per quota allotted
and instruct to all Divisional/Branch Secretaries to book the train tickets of
participants well in advance and intimate to CHQ.
ORAL EVIDENCE WITH THE PAY COMMISSION:- Oral evidence with the 7 CPC
may be held on 25/26th March, 2015
RTP
PRINCIPAL CAT CASE:-The next date of RTP case for hearing for
argument is 14-05.2015
GDS CASE :- Department of Posts referred the GDS case to
Finance Ministry for inclusion in 7th CPC
PAYMENT OF QUOTA:- All Divisional /Branch
Secretaries are requested to remit the quota to CHQ @ Rs.17-00 (CHQ Rs.14-50
& NFPE Rs.02-50) per member from August, 2014.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN DAY :- International Women`s Day was
observed on 8th March, 2015. In Delhi it was observed on 10th
March, 2015 under the Presidentship of Com. Giri Raj Singh by COC Delhi at AGCR
Office New Delhi-110 002.Mrs. Anju Nigam D.D.G. (SR), Shalpa Assistant
Commissioner of Income Tax, Vijay Laxmi Welfare Officer Audit, R.N. Prashar
Secretary General NFPE, R.Seetha Lakshmi G/S P-IV, V. Bhattacharjee G/S COC
attended and addressed the function. Com. Geeta Bhattacharjee Chairperson COC
Delhi State read out paper on it. Com.
Kamlesh Convener Women Committee COC
delivered welcome speech . Com. A.K. Kanojiya All India President ITEF delivered vote of thanks. More
than 300 women attended .
MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION:- New format of letter of
Authorisation may be issued in April 2015 and be ready to make special drive to
collect the declaration from all the members, non member, new members and
members who may be willing to join our union in this membership
verification to be held during April,
2015.
All
Circle / Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to start effective
campaign and ensure more than 80% membership in favour of our Union so as to
emerge victorious as only our Union
eligible for recognisation for protections of legitimate interest of entirety
of workforce from the Neo-liberal policies
and attacks on Trade Union rights.
