Subject: -  High handedness and biased behaviour of SRM `GH` Division Guwahati.

Respected Madam,

 It has been intimated by the  Circle unions  that SRM `GH` Division Guwahati recently joined this division and from the very first day he has began to behave in a high handedness and biased manner.

First of all he transferred our Assistant Divisional Secretary and Ex-Divisional Secretary R-IV without any reasons.

He also filed an  FIR against the members of our Union. The matter  did not end here he also threatened  to withdraw the trade union facilities.

Union leaders met CPMG on 03-06-2013 and apprised him about the situation in Guwahati RMS who advised them to meet the SRM, therefore they  met SRM `GH`  Division on 05-06-2013  and requested him to withdraw the FIR and transfer orders but he refused to accept Circle Union leaders  request.        Discontent among the staff is precipitating day by day due to such anti staff activities of the SRM.

We urge upon you to kindly direct CPMG Assam Circle to direct SRM  `GH` Division to withdraw the FIR and transfer order to maintain  congenial atmosphere in the Circle.
