D/S addressed the meeting and elaborately spoke on MMS problems, Cadre Review, MACP, 7 CPC Memorandum , Confederation 15 Point charter of Demands including DA merger, IR, NPS, LPG and other issues.

CIRCLE COUNCIL MEETING OF R-III BIHAR CIRCLE:- Circle Council Meeting of AIRMS &
MMS Emp. Union Gr. `C` of Bihar Circle was held at Gaya from 28th to
29th July, 2014 under the Presidentship of Com. Ram Krishna Circle
President.

Raj Singh General Secretary R-III inaugurated the Circle Council Meeting and
elaborately spoke of RMS/MMS/Postal problems, CGE problems, attack on Postal
Services, MACP, Cadre Review, SPC Parcel hubs, CRC norms, OTA rate, LPG, NPS, 7
CPC Memorandum , 15 Point Charter of Demands of Confederation including DA
merger, IR and other issues. Com. Rama Nand D/S P-III Gaya Dn. S.K. Verma C/S
R-III addressed the meeting. Com. Surinder
Kumar B/S R-III Gaya RMS gave vote of
