Subject: -  Non circulation of Gazetted holiday orders dated 14^th April, 2013 in connection with Dr. B.R .Ambedkar Jyanti by Department of Posts.

Respected Madam,

 It has been intimated by the  Circle unions  that DOP&T issued the orders of Gazetted holiday dated 14^th April, 2013 in connection with Dr. B.R .Ambedkar Jyanti  but the Department of Posts failed to circulate these orders. In the absence of these orders from Directorate, Circles are not paying the OTA or Compensatory off to the staff who worked on 14thy April, 2013.

 We urge upon you to kindly circulate the orders on gazette holiday dated 14^th April, 2013 in connection with Dr. B.R .Ambedkar Jyanti so that the officials who worked on this date may get the OTA or compensatory off.
