Dear comrades,
MAKE ONE DAY NATION WIDE STRIKE ON 26 NOVEMBER,2020 A HISTORIC GRAND SUCCESS
CHQ R-III Red Salute and congratulations to All CWC Members  Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries  for participating and making a grand success Bonus Day on 20.10.2020 and issuing Strike Notice of One Day on 26.11.2020 by holding demonstration Infront of Divisional and Circle Heads on 27.10.2020 as per call of NFPE and Confederation.Now CHQ appeal to all CWC Members, Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries.,office bearers to organise, participate and make a grand success  Dharna/Demonstration on 6.11.2020 in front of all Divisional Offices and on 19.11.2020 in front of all Circle Offices demanding settlement of 10 Point Charter of Demands.
Now CHQ appeal to all to issue Circulars,posters,pamphlets,hand bills to popularise the demands and mobilize rank & file  to make a grand success of One Day Nationwide Strike on 26.11.2020.
R-III CWC REPORT--     As notified Central Working Committee Meeting of All India RMS & MMS Emp.Union Group ‘C’ through Video Conferencing was held on 22.10.2020 under the Presidentship of Com. P.V.Rajenderan delivered welcome speech and spoke in details on Postal,RMS/MMS problems including One Day Strike on 26.11.2020 Charter of Demands.
Com.R.N.Parashar Secretary General NFPE and Confederation inaugurated Meeting and elaborately spoke on present position in the Department and situation in country and working class C.G.Emp.and Postal & RMS/MMS Emp.in particular.He eleborated issues related to NFPE and Confederation 10 Point Charter of Demands of One Day Strike on 26 November,2020.
All the Circle Secretaries except A.P, H.P,J&K,Jharkhand ,M.P,Chhatisgarh and U.P and all the office bearers except G.Talukdar AGS,N.S.Chakraborty AGS,SSV Prasad Vice President,Manoj Kumar Gupta V.P,and Divisional Secretary MMS DN.,Delhi, Ahmedabad participated.
Com.P.U Khadse General Secretary placed the report in brief on Agenda items Covid-19,filling up vacant posts in each cadre including MMS,Group 'B'posts,Cadre Review,merger of L-2  Mail offices, abolition of Transit Sections,DA freeze,One Day Strike 26 November,2020,10 Point Charter of Demands.Above noted CWC members participated in the discussion and after thread bare discussion this CWC endorsed the decision of NFPE and Confederation Executive Meeting to organise One Day Strike on 26.11.2020 and Dharna/Demonstration Infront of all Divisional Offices on 6 November,2020,and Infront of all Circle Offices on 19 November,2020.
This CWC was also addressed by Com.Giri Raj Singh Ex President NFPE and General Secretary R-III and P.Suresh General Secretary R-IV.
MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION—This CWC reviewed and requested to all Circle/Divisional ,Branch Secretaries and Office bearers to make a special drive to contact all members ,non members,New members and Members who may be willing to join our Union.The Membership verification on line may be held very soon
RTP COURT CASE—Next date in this case has  fixed on 04.11.2020
PAMENT OF QUOTA— PAMENT OF QUOTA— All Circle, Division, Branch Secretaries are requested  to clear the arrears of Quota to CHQ without  delay and remit in future regularly. RMS Worker will not be posted to those Branches  which are in arrears more than 3 months and Division which are more than 6 months in arrears  will be treated as defunct. Please remit the quota to CHQ through EMO/DD/Cheque and Accounts transfer. The CHQ Account Number  details are as under:_

One Day Strike Notice Served— Confederation and NFPE has served the Strike Notice of One Day Nation wide Strike on 26 November,2020 to Cabinet Secretary and Secretary Department of Posts
Once again CHQ R-III appeal to all CWC Members, Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries and office bearers to mobilize rank & file to participate and make a grand success and lead the One Day Nation wide Strike on 26th November,2020.
