Dear comrades,
PARTICIPATE AND MAKE IT A GRAND SUCCESS OF ONE DAY STRIKE ON 26TH NOVEMBER,2020
CHQ R-III Red Salute and congratulations to All CWC Members, Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries, office bearers and Members for participating and making One Day Dharna on 07.10.2020 at Divisional Offices and One Day Dharna on 14 October,2020 in front of CPMG Office for the settlement of 10 Point Charter of Demands.
Now CHQ R-III appeal to all to mobilize rank & file to participate and make a grand success and lead the One Day Nation wide Strike on 26th November,2020.
NFPE FEDERAL EXECUTIVE MEETING-NFPE Federal Executive Meeting was held on 22.09.2020 through video Conference under the Presidentship of Com.P.V.Rajenderan President NFPE,Com.R.N.Parashar S/G NFPE placed report for discussion .Com.M.Krishnan ex SG NFPE & Confederation ,C.C.Pillai Ex SG NFPE,Giri Raj Singh Ex President NFPE ,all the NFPE General Secretaries and office bearers placed their views.After detailed discussion the Meeting decided---
1. First Phase One Day Dharna on 07.10.2020 in front of all Divisional Offices.
2. Second Phase One Day Dharna in front of all CPMG Offices on 14.10.2020 for the settlement of 10 Point Charter of Demands and also decided to celebrate 100 years Historic Lahore Speech of Com.BabuTarapada Mukherjee’ the founder father of Postal Trade Union Movement of India on 9.10.2020 and also decided to organise similar programmes at Circle level and Divisional level also during One Year from 09.10.2020 to 09.10.2021.
NATIONAL CONVENTION OF TRADE UNIONS
National Convention of Workers was organised by the Central Trade Unions on 02.10.2020 though video Conference. After the detailed discussion the Convention decided to organise One Day Strike on 26.11.2020 for the settlement of 10 Point Charter of Demands including stop out sourcing , Privatisation, withdraw NPS, withdraw orders of freezing DA/DR, for months, regularisation of Casual Labourers,filling up vacant posts. Demonstration at District, State level may be organised. Detailed report published elsewhere in this issue.
CONFEDERATION EXECUTIVE MEETING
National Executive Meeting of Confederation of C.G.Emp and Workers was held on 15-10-2020 through video Conference .After the detailed discussion the meeting endorsed the decision of Central Trade Unions and independent Federations /Associations of One Day Nation wide Strike on 26-11-2020.
NFPE FEDERAL EXECUTIVE MEETING—The Federal Executive meeting of NFPE was held on 15-10-2020 through video Conference under the President ship of Com. P.V. Rajenderan President through video Conference . Com. P.N. Parashar S/G NFPE & Confederation presented the brief report on Central Trade Unions decision of One Day Strike on 26-11-2020 and endorsed by Confederation. All the General Secretaries, office bearers participated in discussion. After thread bare discussion NFPE endorsed the decision of Confederation and Central Trade Unions as noted above and appeal to all to mobilize rank & file to participate and make one Day Strike on 26.11.2020 a grand success.
RTP COURT CASE—Next date in this case has fixed on 04-11-2020.
PAMENT OF QUOTA— All Circle, Division, Branch Secretaries are requested to clear the arrears of Quota to CHQ without delay and remit in future regularly. RMS Worker will not be posted to those Branches which are in arrears more than 3 months and Division which are more than 6 months in arrears will be treated as defunct. Please remit the quota to CHQ through EMO/DD/Cheque and Accounts transfer. The CHQ Account Number details are as under:_
