Sub : Exemption from duty to the physically disabled persons (Divyang Jan)
Sir,
Your kind attention is invited towards DOPT OM NO. 11013/9/2014 ESH (A III) dated 27th march 2020 under which instructions have been given to all the Heads of Departments to Draw up roaster of staff who are required to attend essential services with their Department may keep in mind that employees who are persons with disabilities (PWD) are exempted.
It is therefore requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to all concerned to exempt all employees with disabilities in Department of post from duty.
