Subject-Settlement of cadre Restructuring of MMS.
Respected sir,
We like to draw your kind attention about the following facts which is
long pending .The Government of India already settle the report of 7th
C.P.C.
Setting up of anomaly committee to settle the anomalies
arising out of the implementation of the 7th C.P.C. Recommendation vide memo no DOPTNO 11/2/2016–JCA
16TH August,2016,formed by the Government to materialize the issue
at an earliest.
But in case of MMS, the cadre of Driver the R R for Spl
Grade is kept pending. In case of skilled artisan the issue is kept pending
since long. The MTS cadre are being deprived.
All the above cases can be brought under the anomaly
committee if the cadre restructuring for the staff of MMS is not finalized.
On behalf of the organization we urnestly request your
good offices to finalise the above self issue at an earliest for the sake of
the staff.
A positive course of action is highly expected for
proper persuation and the next phase.

CONFEDERATION DECIDED TO INCLUDE THE DEMANDS FOR PAY REVISION OF EMPLOYEES OF AUTONOMOUS BODIES IN CHARTER OF DEMANDS
Employees of Autonomous bodies are requested to Conduct the following programmes of Confederation.
1. 20.10.2016
Demonstration in front of all offices and gate meetings. Resolution to be adopted may be sent to (1) Prime Minster (2) Finance Minister (3) Home Minister and (4) All Heads of Departments.
2. 07.11.2016
Mass Dharna at all Important Centers Jointly with Confederation.
3. Massive Parliament March on 15-12-2016
Employees of Autonomous bodies are also requested to Participate in large numbers with flags & banners of their associations in the Parliament March on 15th December 2016.

Dear Comrades,
As you aware the orders for Revision of pay of employees of Autonomous bodies has not yet been issued by the Government. Many of the organisations of Autonomous bodies (Some of them are affiliates of Confederation) have requested Confederation CHQ to include their demands also in Confederation Charter of Demands. It is decided to include the following demand of employees of Autonomous bodies also in the Confederation’s Charter of Demand as item No. 20.
Demand No. 20 – “Implementation of the Revised Pay Structure in respect of employees working in Autonomous bodies Consequent on implementation of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016 in respect of Central Government Employees w.e.f. 01.01.2016”.

Dear Friends and Comrade,
As already decided by the PJCA, the two days strike demanding bonus-parity to GDS and payment of revised wages to casual labourers will take place on 9th& 10th November 2016. There is no positive outcome till this date. File is still pending in Finance Ministry. The PJCA has decided to serve the strike notice on 20th October 2016 to Secretary, Department of Posts, New Delhi. On that day, dharna is being organized in front of all Divisional/Regional/Circle officer by PJCA, as already decided.
Copy of the strike notice should be served to all Circle/Regional/Divisional heads after conducting demonstrations. Draft copy of the strike notice is enclosed herewith.
Please print notices and also issue circulars to all offices including Branch Post offices so that every employee shall get ready for the strike, if demands are not settled before 9th November 2016. Conduct intensive campaign among all employees.
Please treat it as most urgent and important.

Sir,
The Deepawali festival is an important festival spread all over the Country and Celebrated by and large. The festival will start from 28th and continue up to 2nd November.
As the festival is in the last dates of the month. Mostly employees will not be having money to spend and to celebrate Deepawali festival.
It is therefore, requested to kindly cause suitable orders for disbursement of salary of all staff working in Department of Posts on 25th October, 2016 so that the officials can celebrate the festival happily.
A positive action is highly solicited.
