Branches on the basis of one representative for every 30 members or part thereof provided the balance is 15 or

every Branch. The Branch Secretary shall be ipso facto delegate to the A.I.C.
in addition to elected delegate/delegates.

Employees Union Group `C` held at Tirupati, A.P. from 15-06-2014 to
18-06-2014 unanimously approved the amendments to the Article 48 (a) of the Constitution of the Union as given below:-
AMENDMENTS
TO THE CONSTITUTION:-
1. Article – 48(a)
The Circle Conference
shall consists of :-
Delegates representing Divisional /Local
Branches in the ratio of one for every 20 members or part thereof provided the
balance is 10 or more of respective Local/Divisional branches subject to a minimum of one delegate from each branch.
Nothing in the foregoing shall prevent a
Local branch from deputing more delegates provided that each delegate shall
exercise a voting power which shall be
the member of votes allotted to Local branch divided by the number of delegates
including the Secretary representing the local branch. The Branch Secretary
shall be ipso facto delegates to the AIC in addition to elected
delegate/delegates. The Branch Secretary shall be ipso facto delegates to the
Circle Conference in addition to elected delegate/delegates.
Necessary approval may kindly be accorded to the
amendments at the earliest.

Composition and Voting.

Divisional Conference shall consist of:
(a) Delegates representing Local Branches in the
ratio of one for every 10 member or part thereof provided the balance is 5 or
more of the respective Local Branch, subject to a minimum of one delegate from
each branch. Nothing in the foregoing shall prevent a Local Branch from
deputing more delegates provided that each delegate shall exercise a voting
power which shall be the number of votes allotted to Local Branch divided by
the number of delegates including the
