Dear Comrades,

LOK SABHA PASSED PFRDA BILL:- Inspite of strongly protest by employees, stiff opposition and warning by Left party MPs, Lok Sabha passed the Pension fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA ) Bill with official amendment on 4^th September, 2013. Details on website.All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group `C` CHQ congratulates and Red Salute to all of you for making 2 hours walk out /Demonstration programme against the PFRDA Bill and also conducting /holding Relay Mass Dharna from 2^nd  to 7^th September, 2013 a grand success, called by Confederation for settlement of 15 Point Charter of Demands in Annexure-III . We will continue our fight.

CONVENING THE 47^TH NATIONAL COUNCIL MEETING:-  Com.Umraomal Purohit Secretary Staff Side National Council  JCM has written a letter  on 14^th August, 2013 to the Secretary DOP&T New Delhi to convene the National Council Meeting. The said letter & Charter of Demands is also enclosed in Annexure-I and also available on website.

NFPE WESTERN ZONE STUDY CAMP:- The Western Zone Study camp of NFPE held on 25^th & 26^th August, 2013 at Pushkar ,Ajmer (Raj) under the Presidentship of Com. Giri Raj Singh, was a great success. More than 200 delegates from H.P., Haryana, Delhi, J&K, Punjab and Rajasthan attended this Camp Detailed report is placed on website.

NORTH ZONE STUDY CAMP:- NFPE North Zone Study Camp will be held at Aapka Bhawan Kavinagar Ghaziabad U.P on 21^st & 22^nd September, 2013. A Seminar on future India Post will be held on 21^st September, 2013. The numbers of delegates have already been allotted to each Circle. They should reach at Ghaziabad before 8.30 AM on 21^stSeptember, 2013.

FEDERAL SECRETARIAT OF NFPE:-  Federal Secretariat of NFPE met on 26-8-2013 at Pushkar  and endorsed the decision  taken in National Secretariat Meeting of Confederation held on 22-7-2013. The Secretariat took the following important decisions:-

1. CONFEDERATION CAMPAIGN PROGRAMME:- The Federal Secretariat decided that NFPE should play a leading role in implementing Campaign programme of Confederation. Relay Mass Dharna ( 2^nd  to 7^th September, 2013), State and district level Convention and the Strike Ballot ( 25^th to 27^th September, 2013) should be made a grand success.

II    Federal Secretariat also decided to organize the Strike Campaign in a most effective manner. Intensive Campaign should be undertaken at Branch /Divisional/Circle level. The model appeal and ballot is enclosed with the Confederation Circular Annexure –III. All employees including GDS may be contacted and requested to participate in the Strike Ballot. 

 III.   ALL INDIA TRADE UNION EDUCATION CAMP OF CONFEDERATION:- All India Trade Union Camp of Confederation will be held at Mumbai from 16^th to 17^th November, 2013. The number of delegates have already been allotted by S/G NFPE ircular No. PF/ NFPE/Circular-2013 dated 29-8-2013.

IV    CONFEDERATION ALL  INDIA WOMEN`S CONVENTION:- Will be held in New Delhi from 25^th to 26^th November, 2013. The following Number of delegates have already been allotted by Dy. S/G NFPE. P 3-25, P 4-10, R III-10, R IV-5, Postal Accounts-5, Admn-2, SBCO-2, AIPEU GDS (NFPE)-5, Casual Labour-1
V. DIAMOND JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS OF NFPE:-  The Federal Secretariat also     decided to commence the Celebrations of Diamond  Jubilee of NFPE and 109 years of the Postal Trade Union Movement on 24^th November, 2013.

AIPEU –GDS (NFPE) PARLIAMENT MARCH ON 11^TH DECEMBER, 2013 :-AIPEU GDS ( NFPE) has decided to conduct a massive Parliament March on 11^th December, 2013 . All Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to extend full support and participate to make  the GDS (NFPE) Parliament March a grand success.

ALL INDIA CAMPAIGN JATHA:- Federal Secretariat has also decided to explore the possibility of organizing  5 or 6 All India Vehicle Campaign Jathas of NFPE from the different parts of the country, each jatha covering 3 or 4 states before January, 2014. All CWC members, Circle Secretaries and Divisional Secretaries are requested to intimate their opinion  about Organizing  All India Jathas against the Policies of Govt. Each Jatha to be given grand reception at all important cities. Final decision will be taken in next Federal Secretariat after reviewing the feed back received from Circles/Divisions.

P-IV AIC:- All India conference of P-IV will be held at Cuttack from 29^th to 31^st December, 2013.

POSTAL ACCOUNTS CWC:- CWC of AIPAEA will be held at Lucknow from 28^th to 30^th October, 2013.

II CWC of AIPEU GDS (NFPE) :- The second Central Working Committee Meeting of AIPEU GDS (NFPE) will be held on 26^th October, 2013 at Kolkata.

CWC OF ADMN:- Central Working Committee Meeting of Admn Union will be held on 23^rd & 24^th September,2013 at Ranchi (Jharkhand)

All CWC members, Circle , Divisional and Branch Secretaries are requested to mobilize rank and file to participate in the above noted programmes and make  a grand success.
