S/G FNPO met the Secretary Department of Posts alongwith Guntakal RMS leaders
on 6th September, 2012and discussed Guntakal RMS issue. She assured
to look into the matter personally.

2012 and discussed various issues like as Dress Code for refreshers and
attitude of Director PTC Madurai. He assured to look into these issues
personally.

Subject:- Regarding identification of Churu RMS as L-1 office .
Respected
Madam,
It has been intimated by Circle
Secretary R-III Rajasthan Circle to this Union that Churu RMS is functioning in 3 sets and has
been identified as L-2 office.
Churu is centrally situated
between Bikaner –Delhi Railway route and
in linking position among various districts i.e. Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Hanumangarh,
Nagaur, Bikaner and Hissar of Haryana state. ST-28 section is running between
Churu to Jaipur.
Churu RMS is working in a
spacious building and sufficient staff is available there.
This union urges upon you to
kindly identify Churu RMS into L-1 office.
Being at the Central point it will expedite in disposal of mails

Subject:- Regarding posting of Technical hand as Manager
MMS Pune.
Respected
Madam,
It
has been intimated by Circle Secretary R-III Maharastra Circle to this Union that post of Manager MMS Pune is lying vacant
since long and charge of Managr has been given to non technical hands in Postal/RMS Division.
Manager
MMS is a Technical post filled from officials holding degree in Auto mobiles.
Non technical hand cannot justify the requirement
of spare parts, defects in the vehicle, functioning
of the MMS traffic expertness in case of accident spot panchnama of motor
vehicle, attending accident Tribunals etc.
Pune
RMS is handling 28 vehicles including
staff cars, inspection vehicles. Pune MMs is running 31 MMS schedules daily to carry the mails.
Due
to non availability of technical hand staff andvehicles are facing lot of
problems.
This
Union urges upon you to kindly post a Technical hand/ qualified official as
Manager MMS Pune.

Subject:- Regarding filling up the post of Mechanic in
MMS Hyderabad.
It
has been intimated by Circle Secretary R-III Andhra Pradesh Circle to this Union that post of Mechanic in MMS Hyderabad is lying
vacant.
Mehanics
in Hyderabad MMS are carrying out the repair of 50 MMS vehicles and vehicles of
C.O. and SSPOs.Due to shortage of Mechanics the available staff is not in a
position to carry out all the repair work.
This
Union urges upon you to kindly direct CPMG Hyderabad to fill up the posts of
Mechanics at an early date.
