Dear Comrades,
Federal
Secretariat meeting was held at NFPE office on 21st May, 2012 under
the Presidentship of Com. S.P.Mukherjee Vice President NFPE and taken the
following decisions:-
MARCH TO PARLIAMENT:- The Federal
Secretariat meeting endorsed the decision of Confederation National Executive Meeting held on 28th
April, 2012 at Kolkata to organise March
to Parliament on 26th July, 2012 and One Day token strike thereafter
and also decided to make the Parliament March a grand success by rallying in
thousands participants from NFPE and its affiliated unions. Campaign programme
shall also be implemented in all circles
as per the Confederation Circular published in RMS Worker June, 2012 issue.
Each affiliate has decided to ensure participation of delegates as below noted:-
P-III-2000, P-IV-2000, R-III-1000, R-IV-500, All India
Postal Accounts -100, Admn-100, Civil Wings-100, SBCO-100, All India PTCL-100,
AIPEGDS NFPE-3000
CHQ R-III has allotted the quota to Circles as under:-
Ap-55, Assam-25, Bihar-35, Chhatisgarh-20, Delhi-150,
Gujarat-50, Haryana-50, H.P.-10, J&K-10, Jharkhand-20, Karnataka-45, Kerala-45,
M.P.-70, Maharastra-90, orissa-25, Punjab-55, Rajasthan-75, Tamilnadu-45,
U.P.-130 and West Bengal-50.
Each
Circle Secretary should issue separate circulars for fixing quota to each Division
and instruct the concerned Divisional union to ensure participation as per the
quota without fail. All Divisional Secretaries may be instructed to book the up
and down tickets of the participants and intimate to CHQ immediately . It
should not be delayed.
Accommodation
facility will be arranged by respective CHQ, Participants should rally behind the banner of the Union.
NFPE ALL INDIA CONVENTION:- Federal Secretariat decided to organize an All India Convention on 26-7-2012 at New
Delhi after rally at 2.30 P.M. Venue and programme will be intimated later.
Those delegates participating in Parliament March should also attend the All India convention.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP TO AIPEU GDS (NFPE):- Federal Secretariat has decided to grant associate membership to
the newly formed AIPEU GDS (NFPE) . All Circle/divisional /Branch unions of
R-III are requested to extend full Co-Operation and support to AIPEU GDS
(NFPE).
After
detailed review of the progress made in Charter of Demands , the Federal Secretariat
has come to the conclusion that progress made so far is satisfactory and
further decided to take necessary follow up action for getting orders on the remaining items also in
time bound manner.
NFPE REGIONAL STUDY CAMP:- As decided earlier All India Camps will be organized
as on Regional basis as noted below:-
Region-1:- J&K, Punjab,Delhi, H.P., Haryana,U.P.,
Uttrakhand, Rajasthan –Venue Kurukshatra
(Haryana)
Region-2.:- Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, W. Bengal, N.E
& Assam-Venue Jamshedpur (Jharkhand)
Region-3:- M.P., Chhatisgarh, Gujarat, Maharastra – Venue Sagar (M.P.)
Region-4:-
Karnataka, Kerala, A.P., Tamilnadu- Venue-
Tamilnadu Circle

All Circle Secretaries are requested to issue
circulars and send to Divisional and Branch level.
MEETING ON MNOP TO REVIEW L-1,L-2:- Meeting with Member (O) on MNOP to review L-1, L-2 proposed to be held
on 29th May,2012 afternoon has been postponed.
CADRE RESTRUCTURING COMMITTEE MEETING:-
Cadre restructuring Committee Meeting for Gr.`C` was
held on 29-5-2012 under the Chairmanship of Sh. Salim Haque D.D.G (P). Coms.
K.V. Sridharan G/S P-III, I.S.Dabas G/S P-IV, Giri Raj Singh G/S R-III NFPE, D.Theagarajan G/S NUR-III &
S/G FNPO, D.Krishna Rao G/S NUP-III and T.N.Rahate G/S NUP-P-IV (FNPO) attended
the meeting. Discussion was held on PA/SA , Postman and MTS issue. Joint
proposal will be submitted within 2 days. Next meeting will be held shortly. Details
of the meeting will be posted on our web
site shortly.
FIRST EXTENDED CWC MEETING OF AIPEU GDS (NFPE):- First
extended CWC Meeting of AIPEU GDS NFPE was held at Hyderabad on 23rd
May, 2012. Com. M.Krishnan S/G NFPE inaugurated the CWC .Coms R.Ragavendran Ex S/G
NFPE, K.V.Sridharan G/S P-III, I.S.Dabas G/S P-IV, Giri Raj Singh G/S R-III,
Y.Nagabhushnam Working President PTCL Union
, Mohan G/S PTCL and other leaders greeted the CWC.
The Circle Secretaries specially of
neighbouring Circles and Divisional Secretaries of Delhi Circle are requested
to mobilize and ensuring maximum
participants of members so that the programme of March to Parliament on 26th
July, 2012 may be made a grand success.
