Subject:- Reallotment of Four approved candidates working in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar RMS Offices under compassionate ground- Case of RMS `N` Dn. Cuttack ( Orissa Circle).
Respected Sir,
Four candidates were approved by CRC C.O. Bhubneswar in 1997/98 against the 5% posts reserved for compassionate appointments in S.A. Cadre and were allotted to `N` Division Cuttack. They had been imparted Induction Training in PTC Darbhanga in S.A.cadre and had taken practical Training in R. M.S. working.They were posted as Casual Sortng Assistants in 1998 and since then they are working as casual Sorting Assistant.
Now C.O. Bhubaneswar has issued the orders for their regular appointment vide its Memo No. RE/17-35/D/95 dated 27.7.2011. C.O. Bhubaneswar instead of posting them in R.M.S.`N` Division on regularization, posted them in Postal Wing and another RMS Wing instead of the office where they were working. Posts are lying vacant in RMS `N` Division. More over when they were approved against the post of SA, imparted training of SA, they should have been adjusted in the same office where they are working. Now the candidates who have been allotted to Postal Wing will have to go Postal Theoratical and Practical Training. It will be wastage of Govt. money and time.
This Union therefore, urges upon you to kindly intervene into the matter and adjust all the four candidates in the RMS `N` Division.
