36th Joint Biennial Circle Conference of Odisha Circle*
The 36th Joint Biennial Circle Conference of AIRMS & MMSEU, Gr. 'C', MG & MTS Gr. C of Odisha Circle was held successfully at the Blind Association Hall, Bhubaneswar today on 21.03.2021. After Hoisting the Red Flag the Conference started at that venue. Com. Dushmanta Das, State Committee Member of CITU, Odisha inaugurated the Open cum inaugural Session. He expressed his view regarding the role of our Central Government in the present scenario. Com. Swati Roy Bera, AGS, R-III attended the said meeting on behalf of CHQ and offered her views. Com. P. Suresh, GS, R-IV, CHQ, Com. Debabrata Mohanty, GS, P-IV, CHQ, Com. Santanu Nandy, CS, R-III, West Bengal Circle, Com. R. N. Dhal, Ex- AGS and other distinguished leadership offered their speech at Open Session. All the Divisional Secretaries and Branch Secretaries of Odisha Circle delivered their speeches in the Delegate Session. Com. Dushmanta Shetthy and Com. Sapan Kr. Mohanty were elected as Circle President and Circle Secretary R-III respectively unanimously. The Conference ended with a grand succes.
