As per the call given by COC, New Delhi lunch hour demonstration was observed by all circles on 09-09-2020 by following Covid 19 norms against DO P&T order OM Number 25013/03/2019- Estt A IV dtd 28-08-2020 to retire the government employees prematurely by applying the provisions of Rule 56(J) /and 48 (h) those who have completed 30 years of service or attained the age of 50/55 years, which ever is earlier.
