NOTICE
It is hereby notified under article 10 of Constitution of NFPE that the 11th Federal Council Session of National Federation of Postal Employees will be held at “MANAV SEWA SANGH, VRINDABAN, MATHURA (UP) from 25.11.2019 to 27.11.2019.
The following shall be the Agenda of the Federal Council:

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of Xth Federal Council held at Guwahati from 07.09.2016 to 09.09.2016.
2. (a) Consideration and adoption of the Triennial Report on activities of NFPE.
(b). Approval of Audited Accounts for the year 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-2019
(c) Budget estimates for next three years.
3. Organizational Review.
(i) (a) Role of NFPE during last 3 years in building united movement of Postal Employees and Central Government Employees.
(b) Organizational position at All India / Circle/Divisional level.
(c) Declaration of result of Membership Verification & GDS Membership Verification.
(ii) Review of settlement of Strike Charter of Demands on 8-9 January-2019.

11th Federal Council of NFPE will be held at “MANAV SEWA SANGH, VRINDABAN, MATHURA (UP) from 25.11.2019 to 27.11.2019.
Previously dates for Federal Council were notified as 20.11.2019 to 22.11.2019 have been changed due to some inevitable reasons.

AIC of AIPE Union Group-C is scheduled to be held at Hyderabad from 20th to 22nd October, 2019.
CWC OF R-III UNION AT NEW DELHI:
Central Working Committee Meeting of R-III Union will be held at New Delhi from 29th to 30th November-2019.

A felicitation will be organized during Federal Council at Vrindraban (Mathura).

CGHS WELLNESS CENTRES: LOK SABHA Q & A(19.07.19)

SIMPLIFICATION OF THE PROCEDURE IN CGHS – PIB
CGHS Wellness Centres provide primary health care facilities and, if required, refer the beneficiaries to the Specialists at Government Hospitals/ Private Hospitals empanelled under CGHS. In emergency conditions, no endorsement for any treatment/ investigation is required from CGHS Wellness Centre. However, in non-emergency conditions or unlisted treatment/ tests, endorsement from concerned CGHS Wellness Centre is required.
With a view to facilitate ease of availing consultations from Specialists at empanelled hospitals, Government has permitted elderly CGHS beneficiaries aged 75 years and above to seek consultations from Specialists without any referral and undergo treatment/ investigations without endorsement. Permission is required only for unlisted treatment procedure/ tests in non-emergency conditions.
The guidelines for referral issued vide Office Memorandum No. Z.15025/117/2017/DIR/CGHS/EHS, dated the 15th January, 2018 have been modified vide Office Memorandum No. Z.15025/117/2017/DIR/CGHS/EHS, dated the 10th December, 2018 and the following modifications have been made in the interest of sick people, pensioners and serving employees:-
I.The referral shall be valid for consultations upto 3 times in the same hospital within 30 days.
II.CGHS beneficiaries have been permitted to consult upto 3 Specialists, if required during a single visit.
III.Investigations advised by Specialist of Private Empanelled Hospitals may be undertaken if they are required in emergency as certified by Specialist without endorsement by CGHS.
The Minister of State (Health and Family Welfare), Sh Ashwini Kumar Choubey stated this in a written reply in the Lok Sabha, here today.

The Dates of NFPE Federal Council to be held at Vridaban, Mathura (U.P.) as proposed from 20th Nov’2019 to 22nd Nov’2019 is hereby changed as 25th Nov’2019 to 27th Nov’ 2019 due to some inevitable reasons.
Therefore all concerned are requested to note the dates of Federal Council from 25th Nov’2019 to 27th Nov’ 2019at Vrindaban, Mathura (U.P).
