JOINT R-III &R-IV CIRCLE COUNCIL MEETING OF ORISSA CIRCLE:- Joint R-III & R-IV circle Council Meeting of Orissa Circle was held at Bhubneswar on 22-8-2016 under the Presidentship of Com. N.P. Naik R-III Circle President and Com. Abhey Charan Hota Circle President R-IV. Com. V. Bhattacharjee F/S Confederation and S/G Civil Accounts inaugurated the Joint Circle Council Meeting. Coms. Giri Raj Singh President NFPE & G/S R-III, R.N. Dhal G/S COC Orissa, S.C. Das Ex Circle President R-III, H.K. Mohanty Ex C/S R-IV, P.C. Sethy, D.K. Sethy C/S R-III, A.K. Mohanty C/S R-IV and other leaders addressed this Meeting and appealed to all to mobilize rank & file to participate and make a grand success  2^nd September, 2016 One Day General Strike  for the settlement of 12 Point part (A) & Part (B)  of charter of Demands including revised Fitment Formula, increase minimum wage, fill up vacant posts, Restore all Allowances and Advances, 5 promotions, implement the assurance given by Group of Ministers to NJCA on 30 June, 2016
