REPORT OF R-III `AP` CIRCLE CONFERENCE:- The 32^nd Circle Conference of All India RMS & MMS Employees Union  Group `C` of  `AP` Circle  was held at Vishakhapatnam from 14^th to 15^th May, 2016 under the Presidentship of Com. B. Pamalu  Circle President.

National flag was hoisted by Com. B. Pamalu Circle President, NFPE flag was hoisted by Com. Giri Raj Singh President NFPE & General Secretary R-III and R-III flag was hoisted by Com.Ch.Koteshwar  Rao AGS R-III on 14-5-2016 at 10.00 AM. After that homage was paid to Martyrs by flowering.

Com.S.V. Raman Rao General Secretary Reception Committee delivered welcome speech.

Com. Giri Raj Singh President NFPE & General Secretary R-III inaugurated the Open Session on 14^th May, 2016 at 10.30 AM and spoke in detail on present developments in Postal Department, attack  on Postal/RMS /MMS, Task Force  committee  Report.L-1, L-2, SPC, CRC, Parcel Hubs, CRC & Parcel Norms, OTA rate, filling up vacant posts including MMS Drivers, Artisans, Cadre Review Committee Report, Indefinite Strike from 11^th July, 2016 on 26 Charter of Demands including minimum  wage Rs.26000/-,Fitment Formula 3.7, five promotions without Bench mark  upgradation of Pay Scales of  MTS,SA/PA, Postman , Mailguard, PO & RMS Accountant, LSG, HSG-II, HSG-I,MMS Drivers, Artisans and other cadres restoration of 52 Allowances & Advances etc.

Coms Nageshwar Rao G/S COC AP, Ch Koteswar Rao AGS R-III, Ch V Sagar C/S P-IV, A Appala Naidu C/S R-IV, DSVS Prasad C/S P-III, Y.Nagabhushanam Working  President PTCC, Nalini Chairperson Women Committee  `AP` Circle, P.Krishna Kumari, K.,Murugula Women Committee Member,R.J.Madhusudan  Rao C/S r-III,SSPOs Vishakhapatnam division  and other leaders addressed the Open Session and appealed to all to mobilize rank & file to participate  and make  a grand success Indefinite Strike from 11^th July 2016 called by NJCA and One Day Strike from 2^nd September 2016 called by Trade Unions.

After the Open Session the Women Convention of R-III `AP` circle was held  under the Presidentship of Com. Nalini Chairperson  Women Committee,Coms. Krishna Kumar, Parti, Anuradha Kumari, M Ratnam, Ravni, V Jyoti Women Committee Members. Giri Raj Singh G/S R-III, B Pamalu President R-III,  Y. Nagabhushanam Ex V/P, R.J .Madhusudan Rao C/S R-III, Ch. Koteshwar Rao AGS R-III, DSVS Prasad C/S P-III, S. Vidhya Sagar C/S P-IV and other leaders addressed the Women convention.

Com. S.V.Ramana Rao General Secretary Reception Committee alongwith his team  welcomed the above noted leaders with Momento.

Com. R.J. Madhsudan Rao presented the report and Accounts in the house for discussion which was passed with some corrections unanimously. More than 50 delegates participated in  the deliberation. More than 200 delegates and visitors attended the Conference.

Coms K.Samuel R.J. Madhsudan Rao and Com P.Vijay Kumar were elected as Circle President, ,Circle Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
