Howrah downgraded to ICH will be mapped with AMPC Kolkata—Resultant effect
Ref : Dte D.O letter no 20-03/2011 –D dtd 09.02.2016.
Sir,
This is
the in continuation of this union letter even dtd 08.03.2016 where we expressed
our views in brief.
Now , we have collect some data after Implementation
of the
Order issued by CPMG West Bengal circle vide no-1-7/10—D(New Network/L-3
Dated 29th Feb2016 mentioned below:-
1) Most
of all the days nearly 4000 articles are transferred from night set to day set.
2) A
good number of bags are transferred by XL process –which cannot reflected .
3) 70%
of the mails received by AMPC of pin 711 & 712 are non machinable.
4) These
mails are handled by the S/A.
Considering all those views we request to review the
position properly and urges for rollback the mails to avoid any kind of
detention. We want to upheld the image of our mighty deptt.

decision ---violating the agreement.
Respected Madam,
We are very
sorry to say that, Director mail management issued an order in the name of Mail
Review vide memo No.30—53/2014-D dated 31.03.2016 in which some proposals were
given i/c/w operation of mails in WB Circle .
In particular
the NSH concept were introduced in the
light of MNOP. In West Bengal Circle there are enough scope for movement of
mails from Kharagpur, Burdwan and Howrah for Air connectivity. So, the views
what were expressed in the circular stated above is nothing but a lame excuse.
So far, Burdwan and Kharagpur NSH concern at this moment every day the staff
are giving their all out efforts to pull up the work everyday and the airlift connection are
taking place regularly .
Authority is
trying to take the decision keeping the organization in dark which is also the
beach of agreement .
Considering these
all , we request you earnestly to advise the authority to start a discussion
with the service union at the circle level to achieve the target.
