Dear Comrades,

                   All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group `C` CHQ congratulates and Red Salute to  CWC members, Circle, Divisional  and Branch Secretaries, office bearers and members for participating and making a grand success of all programmes called by Postal JCA, Confederation, National JCA  and Trade Unions. Now CHQ appeal to all to mobilize rank and file and participate and make a grand success of 2^nd September, 2015 One Day Nation wide Strike and Indefinite Strike from 23^rd November, called by Trade Unions and NJCA respectively.

CONFEDERATION NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEETING:- The National Executive Meeting of Confederation of C.G. Employees and Workers was held on 12.07.2015 under the Presidentship of Com. K.K.N. Kutty Chairman of confederation. This meeting endorsed the decision of Trade Unions 2^nd September, 2015 One Day Nation wide and Indefinite Strike from 23^rd November, 2015 called by NJCA and took some decisions including intensive campaign by holding General Body Meetings, conventions, Gate meeting, Posters, Pamphlets, Confederation leaders will visit important places , Strike Notice will be served on 11^th August, 2015 etc. In other decision, the All India 2 day women Workshop of Confederation will be held at Hyderabad on 9^th & 10 October, 2015. About 150 delegates from all affiliates and COCs  will attend . NFPE has been allotted quota of 65 women delegates  and NFPE allotted the quota  to organisation wise as:-P3-15,P4-15,R3-10-,R4-5 Admn-3,Postal Acct-2, SBCO-2,Civil Wing-2, GDS-10.

           

Accordingly R-III Circle wise quota is allotted as below and ensure participation AP-2, Assam-1, W.Bengal-1, Kerala-2, Karnataka-1, T.N-1, MP-1, Maharastra-1, Delhi-1

All India office bearers and R-III CHQ Mahila Committee Members should be included and instructed to book to & Fro tickets. Delegation Fee Rs.500/- per Head. Details are available in Conf. Circular        dt.13-07-2015 and published in RS worker for August, 2015 issue.

FEDERAL SECRETARIAT MEETING:- The Federal Secretariat Meeting of NFPE was held on 13^th July, 2015 under the Presidentship of Com. Giri Raj Singh President NFPE & endorsed the decision of Confederation National Executive Meeting of C.G. Emp. and Workers held on 12.07.2015 regarding 2^nd Sept. 2015 Strike and Indefinite Strike from 23^rd Nov. 2015.

GDS CASE:- Date for final Arguments in GDS Court case in Principal Bench CAT New Delhi has been fixed as on 10-09-2015.

RTP CASE UPDATE;- RTP case in Principal CAT Bench Delhi posted for next hearing on 26^th August, 2015.

6% DA FROM 1-07-2015:- Expected increase of D.A. for Central Govt. Emp.and Pensioners from 01-07-2015 shall be 6%.

All CWC members, , Circle, Divisional  and Branch Secretaries, are requested to mobilize rank & file to participate and make a grand success of above strikes and ensure 80% membership in this Verification  for All India RMS & MMS Emp. Union Gr. `C` .

Sub: -  All India Women’s Workshop – Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers from 9^th to 10^th October 2015 at Hyderabad.

Dear Comrades,

Two days All India Women’s Workshop of Confederation of CGE&W will be held at Hyderabad from 9^th to 10^th October 2015.

NFPE has been allotted quota of 65 Women delegates. Accordingly the quota is allotted as organisation wise.

P3 – 15, P4-15, R3-10, R4-5, Admin-3, Postal Accounts – 3, SBCO-2, Civil Wing-2, GDS-10

Please allot quota accordingly circle wise and ensure participation.

Delegate Fee – Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) per head.

NB: - (1).  Each organisation should issue their circular.

(2). While deciding the delegates, concerned All India office bearer and Mahila Committee Members should be included.

(3). All should be instructed to book their To & Fro tickets without any delay to avoid inconvenience.

(4). All India Women’s Committee office bearers and Mahila Committee members should compulsorily attend.

(5).  New Women’s Committee of Confederation will be elected in the Workshop.
