Subject:- Shortage of Drivers at MMS  Belighata Kolkata (West Bengal).

Respected madam,

                    

 It has been intimated by  Circle Secretary West Bengal Circle that there is huge shortage of drivers at MMS Belighata, Kolkata.

1.   In Belighata, Kolkata the total number of schedules are 67 which cover the entire Kolkata city.

2.     Total numbers of drivers working in Belighata Kolkata are 37 in numbers.

3.    Total number of vacancies  lying at the above said depot are 35 in numbers.

 It is very tenuous job on the part of the drivers to cover all the schedules throughout the entire town like Kolkata as a major metropolitan city in India.

 For this purpose a gross resentment is  cropping  up among the staff of MMS Belighata who are related with the schedules. They are deputed on overtime frequently. As the drivers are under rest there are chances of any mishappening.

   Considering the gravity, the situation demand we urge upon you to advice the CPMG West Bengal Circle  for taking proper initiative to fill up the post of drivers on top priority.
