REPORT OF 3^RD A.I.C. OF AIPSBCO EMP. ASSOCIATION:- The Third All India Conference of All India SBCO Association` was held at Kumily Thekhady from 14^th to 15^th March, 2015 under the Presidentship of Com. S.P. Kulkarni.

On 14^th March 2015 at 10.30 AM National Flag was hoisted by Com. Rajan vice President Reception Committee. NFPE flag was hoisted by Com. Giri Raj Singh President NFPE and General Secretary R-III and Com. S.P. Kulkarni President hoisted AIPSBCO flag. After that homage was paid to Martyrs .

Open/ Inaugural  Session  was held on 14^th March, 2015 at 11.00 AM under the Presidentship of Com. S.P. Kulkarni President . Com. Rajan V/P Reception Committee delivered welcome speech.

Com. M. Krishnan S/G Confederation & Ex S/G NFPE inaugurated the Open Session and elaborately  spoke on present developments in the Department, FDI, NPS, NJCA, Confederation 10 Point Charter of Demands including D.A. merger, I.R., 7 CPC implementation w.e.f. 1-1-2014, Postal JCA 40 Point Charter of Demands, including Cadre Review, GDS inclusion in 7 CPC and other issues and other agitating programmes including 28^th April, 2015 Parliament March and Indefinite Strike from 6^th May, 2015 and also membership verification.

Coms. R.N. Prashar S/G NFPE, Giri Raj Singh President NFPE & G/S R-III, N.Subramanian G/S P-III, R. Seetha Lakshmi G/S P-IV, S.B. Yadav Dy. G/S Postal Accounts, K. Ragavendran G/S AIPRPA, Virendera Tiwary G/S SBCO, P.Mohan G/S Casual Labour, P.T & Contingent, Murugan V/P GDS, P.V. Rajendran V/P CHQ R-III and other leaders addressed and requested to mobilize rank & file to participate and make a grand success 28^th April, 2015 Parliament March, 2015& Indefinite Strike from 6^th May, 2015.

A book of poems written by Com. Abhilash Babu C/S SBCO  in Malayam language was released by Com. M. Krishnan S/G Confederation and handed to Com. P.Murli C/S P-III.

In Second Session Com. Virendera Tiwary G/S SBCO placed draft Report  and also Account Statement.

Com. Rajan V/P reception Committee alongwith Com. T.D. Jose General Convenor Reception Committee, P.V. Rajendran State convenor Kerala, Abilash Babu C/S SBCO welcomed all the above leaders , guests with garlanding and momento.

Coms. S.P. Kulkarni  , Virendera Tiwary and Com. P. Bhavshar were elected as President, General Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

 Resolutions were adopted.

Com. Girish Shikhran gave vote of thanks.
