CENTRAL WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING
NOTICE
                                The Central Working Committee Meeting of All India RMS & MMS employees Union Group `C`  (CHQ) is hereby notified to be held from 8th  to 9th  December, 2013 at  Youth Hostel, C.T. Road Puri-2 (Odisha)
                                The Meeting will commence at 10.00 A.M. on 8th December,2013. All Office bearers of Central Head Quarter and all Circle Secretaries being the member of the Central Working Committee are requested to attend the meeting on the date and time as notified. Divisional Secretaries of MMS Divisions Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad are also requested to attend the meeting as special invitees .
AGENDA
1.    President`s Opening address.
2.    Welcome Speech.
3.   Presentation of report by General Secretary.
4.   Organizational review at all levels.
5.   Review of two days strike on 20th & 21st February, Two hours walk out against PFRDA Bill and Mass Dharna w.e.f. 2nd to 7th September, 2013 and Mass Protest  Demonstration on 25th September,2013 against total ban on  creation  and filling up of Posts and other Austerity measures   called by Confederation.
6. Technology developments & Modernisation and Mail Net Work Optimisation Programme and New Postal Policy 2012.
7.   Problems of RMS/MMS, creation of NSPCs Hubs, L-1, L-2 first class mail hubs, CRC, Speed Post, EPP Norms, Transit Sections and replacement of condemned vehicles, filling up of the Posts of Manager and Assistant Manager  in MMS and other cadres.
8.  Common demands of C.G. Employees and implementation of  Confederation  programmes.
9.  Filling up all vacant Posts and removal of ban on creation of new posts.
10.Cadre Review, MACP Anomaly Committee in the Department of Posts and Cadre Review  for MMS Staff

10% DA order to GDS issued by the Directorate

PAYMENT OF DEARNESS ALLOWANCE TO GRAMIN DAK SEWAKS (GDS) AT REVISED RATES W.E.F. 01.07.2013 ONWARDS-REG

D.G. Posts No. 14-01/2011-PAP dated 01.10.2013.

            Consequent upon grant of another installment of dearness allowance , with effect from 1st July,2013, to the Central Government Employees vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Expenditure, O.M. No.1-8/2013-E.II(B)dated 25th September, 2013, duly endorsed vide this Department’s letter No. 8-1/2012-PAP(PT) dated 25.09.13, the Gramin Dak Sewaks (GDS) have also become entitled to the payment of dearness allowance on the basic TRCA at the revised rate with effect from 01.07.2013. It has, therefore, been decided that the dearness allowance  payable to the Gramin Dak Sewaks shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 80% to 90% on the basic Time Related Continuity Allowance , with effect from the 1st July, 2013.

2.         The additional installment of dearness allowance payable under this order, shall be paid in cash to all Gramin Dak Sewaks.

3.         The expenditure on the account shall be debited to the Head” Salaries” under the relevant head of account and should be met from the sanctioned grant.

4.         This issues with the concurrence of Integrated Finance Wing vide their Diary No. 155/FA/2013-CS dared 01.10.2013.
