SUGGESTIONS ON MINUTES OF DEPARTMENTAL COUNCIL MINUTES

CHQ suggests the following changes in the minutes of Departmental Council held on 10-2-2012.

 Annexure-1

No. 1-Long distance schedules of MMS :-Report from the HOC may be called for
No. 2-Diversion of MMS Vehicles:-Report from HOC regarding :-
                                                            No of allotted vehicles at R/O and C/O level
                                                            No of utilization of at R/O and C/O level
5.         Filling up the 4 posts of Superintendent Sorting in RMS:- These posts may be filled up from General Line HSG-I officials on regular basis within three months.
No.12-Payment of OSA and other benefits to MMS Staff:- Orders on Payment of OSA and other benefits to MMS Staff On par with RMS staff may be issued within three months. 
Annexure-2
12.To fill the Time Scale posts of Drivers in MMS:- Process may be started immediately and completed within three months.
13.Revival of Bandel and Barasat RMS in West Bengal Circle:- Closure of these offices was against the agreement. These offices may be revived as L-1 offices.
 16.Scanner may also be supplied to RMS offices.
ITEMS MAY BE CLOSED AFTER REACHING ANY DECISION. THESE CANNOT  BE DROPPED.
