ATTENTION – RMS CIRCLE SECRETARIES
Inspite of repeated requests and reminders the following Circle Secretaries of RMS (R3 & R4) has not submitted any report regarding
(i) List of additional intra circle hubs required in their Circle
(ii) Change of jurisdiction of hubs required (Postal To RMS)

2. Assam & North East Circle 7. Jammu & Kashmir Circle
3. Chattisgarh Circle 8. Maharashtra Circle
4. Gujarat Circle 9. Punjab Circle
5. Haryana Circle 10. Tamilnadu Circle
If no report is received before 08.10.2011 by E-mail from the Circle Secretaries, a NIL report will be submitted to the MNOP committee in respect of the above circles. Divisional Secretaries report will not be accepted. Maharashtra and Tamilnadu Proposals received only from one or two divisions. Circle Secretaries should send the report.
