Subject:- 20th Meeting of the Postal Sports Board held at Chennai on 6th July, 2010-Follow up action on the decision taken by the Board -item No.-32-Staff Quarterswhich are lying vacant may be utilized to accommodate the participants instead of spending money on outside accommodation.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to inform that the item regarding utilization of vacant staff quarters to accommodate the participants came up for consideration of the Postal Sports Board in its meeting held on 05-07-2010. The board decided to bring it to the notice of all Heads of Circles for taking a view keeping in view the prevailing position in the respective Circle. Necessary action if any ,in this regard may be taken by theCircle Offices.
